I think it did for everyone. I noticed whoopee's last post, as indicated in the blogroll was not the current post on her site.

It's been down pretty much all day, there's a message on the Blogger Status page which says they had to temporarily remove everyone's posts from, I think, 5 May but they would be back. Fingers crossed.
Perhaps it was all the swearing? :)
